Code of Ethics Policy

It is one of our main goals to provide services in an honest way and with integrity when dealing with our suppliers, government agencies and customers. The following plan offers specific guidelines for the associates of our company to make the best decisions when it comes to situations where ethics issues arise.

* 1.0 Standard Procedures Section

All company employees, associate level through management and senior leadership are to follow the code of ethics guidelines as described in this policy. These guidelines should be included in everyone’s lives, not only at work but in your personal lives and those of your families as well.

* 1.1 Laws and Compliance

All employees of the company are expected to comply with all laws, whether they are at the federal, state or local level. This includes compliance with any regulatory or government agency rules or oversight. Associates are also required to follow all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook.

1.2 Business Records Keeping and Fraud

Business records must be kept in an accurate and complete manner. No false information is to be submitted on any invoice to a customer or accepted on an invoice we pay to a vendor. No false information may be submitted or kept on any financial statement. Any documents produced for our company or produced for one of our customers must be completely accurate and complete. Misleading information is not acceptable. Falsification of any information is grounds for termination and also may leave you open to legal actions if it is thought that fraud has occurred.

Certain business records have a time keeping requirement associated with them. Records must be kept in accordance with these rules to avoid the perception that the company may be withholding information or obstructing a request by the court or other agency for those records.
