A. Nature of business

Bamboo coffeehouse is new and considered as a small business and retail establishment. It will fall under food industry or food services specifically coffee and pastry shop. The legal structure that our business will take is limited liability partnership among the six of us. The target audience for our coffee shop is extremely extensive. We will target business people, adults, students, teens and travelers. The ease of ordering directly from your table without having to wait in line will make the customer loyal.

B. Statement of financing needed

The total start-up capital needed for the Bamboo Coffeehouse to happen is ₱5,300,000. Sixty percent of it will be from the five entrepreneurs that are stated on the title page. Each principal will give ₱636,000 for the total of ₱3,180,000. The remaining ₱2,120,000 will be loan from the bank to be paid off over five(5) years.

II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Bamboo Coffeehouse is a full-service restaurant/café. It features a full menu of moderately priced "comfort" food influenced by American, Italian and French cooking traditions, but based upon time honored recipes from around the world. The coffeehouse will be a full-air conditioned coffee shop. Bamboo Coffeehouse expects to catch the interest of a regular loyal customer base with its broad variety of coffee and pastry products. The company plans to build a strong market position in the town, due to the partners' industry experience and mild competitive climate in the area.
