Greetings and Welcome to Chase Pharmaceuticals. As a new hire to our organization we’d like to familiarize each of you to the company’s culture and processes.

Company Process
Our goals is to achieve $350M in net sales this fiscal calendar. How we plan to meet our goals is to ensure that the company’s infastructue is sound and realistic. The infrastructure includes employees with the required expertise, cutting edge technology that keeps us competitive in the marketplace and finally a robust product pipeline will help us to achieve our targets.
As a new member of the team, during your first week of employment, you will participate in training sessions where you will get the opportunity to meet with each department (Customer service, Finance, Marketing, Production) to gain a greater understanding of the company. The training sessions at the start of your services in the company provide a deeper understanding of the role that we play in organization.
