Riordan Manufacturing is a leader in the plastic injection molding industry and employs 550 workers with projected earnings of $460 million. Riordan’s main clientele ranges from automobile parts manufacturers to beverage makers, The Department of Defense, aircraft manufacturers, bottlers, and appliance manufacturers. Riordan is HRIS that was installed in 1992 which is part of the financial systems package; however it does not currently meet with the current business requirements.
