“Ms.Siopao” is a food stall wherein we offer homemade and personalize steamed buns that will surely satisfy the customers’ choices. Our business plan aims to satisfy the needs and wants of the people who will buy our products. Our siopao has its special ingredients; it is filled by chocolate that makes it different from the others. It is also cheap that can afford easily by our customers. Our stall is located at Poblacion, Sta. Maria, Bulacan Park near at the jeepney terminals. Wherein we target the passer’s by to be our customers.

* Our mission is to provide affordable and accessible product to our customers, we view ourselves as partners to our customers and environment. We aim to achieve customer’s loyalty.

* Our vision is to become one of the most successful siopao seller within the Bulacan province as well as on the whole Philippines.

Our firm wants to engage as a franchisor after 5 to 10 years of operating the business. It is a business formed by the partnerships of the following individuals:

II. Market Overview

Most of the passengers near our stall are students, so we jumped in a conclusion that they are the type who’ll buy our product since steamed buns are common.

Our product does not consider age. It can be consume by everyone who wish to experience the unique taste of our siopao.

The mentioned businesses above offers the same product as we are but their steamed buns are the usual type (asado, bola-bola).

Since our packaging does not require plastics we are sure that we will not harm the environment.
