Prolific Procurement of Human Resources

For a business to work, an organization has to generate revenue to make the business run. Revenue in the form of capital which includes goods and chattels, currency and valuables are generally used to make profits for a business. This is achieved with help of people with their various talents and capabilities put into action. This is where the Human Resource management steps in. It helps in searching for the right people for the particular role in a department, hiring them and providing appropriate training to emphasize their skills according to their requirement. The work around the world has considerably changed ever since the human resource management has been amended. This resource management that started as an employment process has now taken up various other responsibilities such as training, retention, compensation and introduction of various employment related laws and policies along with policies of dress code and language code which have become an integral part of their work format. While hiring is their main agenda it appears as more of an administrative role which includes, wishing employees for birthday by sending gifts, organizing company trips, payroll processing along with filling of forms for various reasons. Human Resource Team also plays a crucial role in a much mellowed manner to put forward the “lean and mean strategy”, to the employees in a pleasing and strategic way about the adjustments in salaries and bonuses during a crude phase of the organization, in order to keep the staff together (Dias, 2012).
