This analysis report will identify six issues that Creative Team Consulting found upon the review of CanGo and will provide recommendations for a respective solution. The issues have been itemized below according to their importance and also include the explanation of the how and why they should be implemented by CanGo.

Evidence of a Mission or Vision Statement is not found:

There is no mission statement for the company that would shape the company's purpose in the market. “The mission statement should be a clear representation of the company’s purpose for existence” (Center for Business Planning, 2016). It should incorporate meaningful and measurable criteria addressing concepts such as the moral/ethical position of the enterprise. There is no vision statement for CanGo. “A vision statement declares where your business is headed and what it will look like when it's arrived. A vision statement forces you to really know your ambitions for your business, and should not be vague” (Bly, 2016). It declares the outcome you expect and becomes your guide that will lead your business forward in the direction you want to go.

Solution:

Solution to this would be to write a mission statement. CanGo will need to determine what they want to do in the market and define it. This will give them a purpose and the ability to set goals that in turn will help guide their decisions in the right direction. Second, is to create a strong vision statement. CanGo will have to ask themselves some of these questions: 1) What services do you perform? What products do you sell? 2) For whom? What types of clients? 3) Where is your business located?
