Abstract
Hydropower is creating electricity from a renewable resource, while generating lowest impact on environment comparing with fossil-fired power generation such as coal, petroleum, and natural gas. Hydropower can also produce more electricity than other renewable methods of electricity generation such as wind power and solar power. And it will be capable of functioning properly for a very long time.
1.0 Introduction
In construction of Hydropower project the speed of execution is essential role. If that period of project become longer, that project will become not much favorable investment for financial institutions. Unwarranted delay in execution can also lead to worse effect on cost of that project.
In construction phase of s standard hydro power project work is distributed into package. Each work package must be delivered with its own delivery time, scope, cost and quality standard. The planning of these packages is also depending on the scope of the work but the four parameters can be variable in practical way.
