Development of Training Plan for Worldcom

Introduction

Here, in this paper a training plan will be developed for WorldCom to increase the effectiveness of its groups and teams through a discussion of the challenges and benefits of group and team communication, collaboration and conflict management. Subsequently, the discussion regarding how the program could help WorldCom will be done along with the ways through which it can be applied. In the end of the paper, the unique challenges that could be addressed with this training plan will be evaluated for the organization.

Group and team Communication is related with teamwork and could be referred as the process of working together along with collaboration and conflict management. All of us have different mindset, but when our thoughts and efforts are put together the team or a group results in more diverse plan of action to carry out its objectives.
