Development of Training and Mentoring Program

In order to implement or new sales strategy we have developed a training and mentoring program. This Program will focus on taking our sales skills, magnifying and multiplying them to make our CleanUp Crew the best sales force out there on the road. Our sales force is no longer selling merely cleaning products to organization, but since the merger with EnviroTech, InterClean is now marketing cleaning services to the hospital industry as well. In efforts to remain governmentally compliant and with a strong concern for environmental protection, this industry has given InterClean the opportunity to adapt and to fulfill the growing needs.

The CleanUp Crew is responsible for community networking, strong business development, growing our existing referral base, getting in front of the right people, asking for the business and closing the deal. So that these new tasks can be accomplished, we have developed the “CleanUp Solutions” training and development program. CleanUp Solutions has been carefully constructed to cultivate these news skills within the CleanUp Crew. As Morano (1973) said, “Just as a doctor must diagnose a person's sickness before he can suggest a cure, so must the training or organizational development department diagnose the training or development needs of the organization and recommend an appropriate training remedy if applicable” (p.479). Here at Interclean, we want to give everyone the right tools or “solutions” to put in their tool belts, so that we can continue to out shine the competition.

We also understand that sales people have distinct personalities and we need to keep the atmosphere fun and alive.
