Job Summary: Maintain store program of providing customers with every day value and uncompromising customer service (Home Depot). Supervise Staff.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: (E) = Essential Functions; (N) = Nonessential Functions

80% (E) Maintain store staff by recruiting, hiring, training and preparing performance appraisals. Mangers observe new hires to ensure they understand the job responsibilities.

85% (E) Maintain staff results and objective by monitoring, coaching, counseling and discipline employees to enhance performance.

10% (E) Ensure store program is being followed by:

Performing store walk through

Attending store meetings

Communicating best practices with Sales Consultants and other Mangers

5% (N) Ensure increase sales improvements each month with:

Quarterly forecasts

Monthly business reviews

Action plans by working with Sales Consultants

Monitor each performance metric on a daily basis (Home Depot)

Perform other related duties and assignments as required. Including but not limited to filling in for other departments, covering territory appointments in case of absenteeism, delegating assignments and any other duties that may be necessary (Home Depot).
