Kudler Fine Foods (KFF) is a gourmet grocery store that Kathy Kudler, the owner have started. The first store emerged in the heart of La Jolla City in California in 1998. Her passion and dedication to providing the best foods around for her customers have driven her business to new heights because of her exceptional business strategies that helped expand her business ventures with two new grocery stores in the nearby cities, Del Mar and Encinitas. Controlling all operational aspects of KFF, Kathy realized that expanding her business means hiring new managers and new employees are the key to reorganizing and restructuring the company for its long haul.

Job Descriptions & Qualifications of the Five New Employees

As a result of this expansion, she recently promoted me as her midlevel manager for KFF. My team is restructured to take on new responsibilities that entail the hiring and training processes for the new and current employees, which gives them opportunities to be versatile team members. The following is a detailed proposal that Kathy will review of the five additional employees added to the team. This will outline the reorganization efforts to better equip the new employees with better understanding of the training process, individual and team evaluations and expectations, the benefit and incentive packages, and compensation plan that KFF has to offer. The five employees are Brenda Camire - Cashier, Randy Moore - Lead Cashier, Emily Stone - Purchasing Coordinator, Ryan Black - Junior Event Coordinator, and Irene Mason - Event Coordinator Manager.
