1) To what extent is global responsibility shaped by the actions of corporations?

Corporation is like a beehive, it is a structure that people and groups of people use as an organization to produce and promote a product or an idea, for the benefit of themselves and others. Just like a beehive, without bee’s, a corporation without individuals, is inactive. In that regard as a corporation, has no responsibility or ability, but the individuals involved in it maintain that responsibility, as we all do as individuals.

2) Should corporations be given the legal status of persons?

Corporations already have the legal status as persons, and through that time, when operated responsibly and officially, have provided great benefit to human, society and evolution.

3) Are individuals still responsible if their actions were not the cause of global food crises, but were caused by the actions of corporations?

Individuals are always responsible, and most global food crises as in the current one that is not being discussed, is primarily caused, by government policies and intervention into the market. Ethanol is the food crises right now.

4) How does a corporation get its power?

Corporation gets it status by a recognition from the state or government entity, a corporation gets it’s power by producing a product that people want, and bringing that product to market at a price people are willing to pay.

5) What responsibilities do corporations have to individuals/to society?

A corporation shares the same responsibility that every individual in society shares, but a corporation by itself, is really powerless, as the people within the corporation do the actions. So ultimately, it is up to the people within the corporation to act responsibly.
