PRODUCTION-I

The different types of plastic material which is use in molding department are:

1. poly ethylene

2. polystyrene

3. High impact PS

4. poly acrilonitrate

5. nylon

1. CRASHING SECTION: In this section mixing of color is occur according to the sample of cabinet which was send by paint shop .

There are two sections for molding which are:

1. Injection molding.

2. Extrusion.

2. INJUCTION MOLDING: Raw material is used in the shape of pallets sized from 2mm to 4mm, draw in to hopper form which it goes inside the barrel in which a screw relates the rotation of screw products friction in between raw material so it melts this hot melt forces to inject in a desired geometrical mold cavity to produce desired shaped part.
