Dear Sir or Madam,
I am afraid I am writing to complain about a recent mistake made by Notrite Printers Inc in a recent orders requested by my company.
We would like to bring your attention to the printing error of 1,000 pieces of tee shirts ordered on June 08 2011 (Invoice Number NPI-INV08062011). We had requested for 1000 pieces of tee shirts to be printed with “20 years in Business” as the front logo. However, upon the arrival of the tee shirts, we were horrified to discover that “10 years in Business” was printed as the logo instead!
Three week before this incident, one of your company staff from the sales team, Mr Hilton Koh, called me to double-check my order and even send a confirmation email. We have also verified that the details given to you from our side were clear and the fault does not lie with our company. It is indeed very annoying because even after the calling to check the orders and the sending of confirmation email, your company could make such mistake. To this point, the entire incident had caused me to waste a lot of time and effort to meet up with your sales team to discuss the tee shirt orders.
Moreover, we were promised that the delivery of the tee shirts to be on July 08 2011, one month from the day the order was made. However, there was a huge delay on your side and the tee shirts only arrived on July 29 2011. It was more than two weeks of delay in the delivery. Now, with the printing error and late delivery, we do not have ample time for a reprint to be done and yet, our company could not give out the tee shirts for sure.
As a result of this huge error, our company is unable to give out the 1000 pieces of tee shirts as gifts to our very important business partners and this is a big embarrassment for me and my staff.
After working...
