Verbal communication includes both written and oral communication but these two types of communication differ from each other which are explained as under:
Written Communication | Oral Communication |
Possibility of delayed feedback is always there and it may be because of the unavailability of receiver or due to some priorities of work etc. | In oral communication we get immediate feedback. |
