To whom it may concern:

Pyramid Links Limited an international construction and procurement firm is seeking proposals from experienced contractors to landscape the grounds surrounding its newly constructed ultra-modern office complex at Lujiazui Shanghai. The objectives of this project are;

* Creation of walkways, flower gardens and visitors garden.

* Construction of a fountain at office premises.

1. Statement of work:

The contactor shall provide the necessary materials and logistics needed for the landscaping. The Contractor shall provide at his own risk and cost all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, hauling, dumping, fertilizers, insecticides, chemicals and incidentals necessary to perform landscape maintenance work as directed herein The contractor will perform the following tasks

Task 1: Construction of walkway, flower gardens and visitors’ gardens.

The walkways should be of concrete slabs. The flower garden should be of multi-colored flowers depicting the firm’s trademark colors.

The visitors’ garden should be made of both tropical plants and savanna plants

The contract will encompass all project related services, including at a minimum the following activities:

• Raising the earth level on the west side of property to the height of the concrete wall and re-sod with carpet grass

• Installation of sprinkler system.

• Remove grass and add mulch w/ Texas native plants and seasonal flowers at the entire NE corner of the lot (flag pole and newly constructed sidewalk area)

• Level the entire lot where needed and roll the entire lot as needed for a smooth turf area.

• Remove bushes along the Main Street walkway and replace with sod, Texas native plants and level the dirt at curb level and sidewalk area (leave the crepe myrtle trees).

• Lay out the location of Street Light Poles with underground conduit (wiring & lighting to be supplied by a different contractor).
