A PLAN FOR INDUSTRIAL/ COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICES:

PURPOSE:

The purpose of Industrial cleaning is not just to provide cleaning, but safety as well, for Client work places, premises and to follow the national laws about safety and proper industrial cleaning and sanitation. Industrial cleaning requires strict compliance not only with the cleaning procedures but also, with the chemicals and cleaning products used.

Contractor ensures that industrial cleaning is done efficiently and effectively by professionals who are trained specifically for the job because toxic chemicals and other metals are likely to cause untold injuries.

METHODOLOGY:

Contractor shall employ cleaning procedures with regard to the nature and texture of material to be cleaned as well as the sensitivity of area to be cleaned.

FLOORS:

Contractor shall employ the use of the following cleaning equipment on the floor of the FRS facility:

1. Hard Floor Cleaners such as: brooms, mobs, mob buckets, dust pan, mobbing solution, polish, manual scrubbers, auto scrubbers and polishers to be used on tiles, terrazzo and cement.

2. Soft Floor Cleaners such as: Vacuum Cleaners, steam cleaners, blowers, and pressure washers to used on carpeted and rugged floors.

FURNITURES:

Contractor shall employ the use of the following cleaning equipment on the furniture of the Client facility with respect to the materials to be cleaned:

1. Open shelving unit: steam cleaners, blowers, pressure washers, or vacuum cleaners with extended nozzles will be used for open storage shelves, depending on the extent of dirt.

2. Closed shelving units: blowers, pressure washers, and vacuum cleaners with extended nozzles will be used for closed storage shelves.

3. Upholstery: blowers and vacuum cleaners with extended nozzles will be used on the upholstery.

4. Tables, chairs and partitions: soft fabrics, blowers and vacuum cleaners will be used ensure cleanliness.
