One of the most important aspects to any organization in the traditional business world is organizing. The organizing function of management, by definition, addresses the manner in which people within the organization will interact with. This function lays the foundation of who will report to who by creating a chart that outlines these relationships. In addition, the organizing function of management aligns the different levels of people and their available resources to reach a common organizational goal. The purposes of organizing include determining tasks to achieve objectives, specifying reporting and authority relationships, and allocating and deploying resources while coordinating and combining tasks from multiple departments within. Additionally, this paper will explain how the optimization of these resources aids the company in achieving organizational goals efficiently and effectively.

It is through this that Best Buy can increase its value to the consumers.
