* My mission is to enhance my customers business, I will do this by providing the highest quality bakery products and the best possible service.
* SWOT Analysis
* Strengths:
* New, different and healthy varieties of cakes, pastries and cookies have been introduced which gives me a benefit of product variation.
* Location of my bakery will be placed downtown in such a place an area that can be easily accessible from all parts of town.
* Staff hired to help us in providing quality care and customer service.
* A good ambience; natural light during the day, low noise level, smells good, spacious area, not cramped.
* Weaknesses:
* Products are perishable items that need to be sold as soon as possible to gain maximum benefit and customer satisfaction.
* Lack of experience; start up and the odds are laced against it, stiff competition.
* Healthy people would not be attracted to our products as much.
* Opportunities:
* Expansion of the product line in the future.
* Scope of expansion with the establishment of our store.
* Growing market, bakery industry is growing and demand for quality is never ending.
* Potential to become a premier sweets provider in town.
* Use of technology; could have orders placed online for future pick up.

* Competition – any store that sells baked goods.
* External – if jobs move out of town and people end up with less money they’re less likely to come spend it on baked goods rather than what they need.
* Price wars – other bakeries lowering their prices trying to outdo us.
* Product substitution – using local products, having to use non-local during the off season.
