The marketing strategy will be simple. Satisfied clients are the best marketing tool around. When a client leaves with a new haircut, color or other service, they are selling our salon to anyone and everyone they meet. We want this to be free advertising. We want people to ask where they got the service and who their stylist is. We hope to have most of our clients be from referrals from existing clients.

There are a few different salons in the city, but there is no other salon in the uptown area that has all the specialties that Bellezza does. The prices will be kept low as to compete with the other salons in the area. Even with competitive prices, the stylists at Bellezza are to be very experienced and have the knowledge of all the new trends in hair and nails.

The stylists will be required to attend hair shows and classes so that they will be able to keep up with the new trends and learn how to cut, color, or style easier and better than they were

The Bellezza is a family friendly salon. There will be an area for the children to play and also a special area for their haircuts, with the kids chairs to sit in. There will also be an area for the men to watch sports, if they wish, while they get their haircut and an area for the women who want to relax and enjoy their pampering.

The salon is to be in an area with easy access for all people and will be handicapped accessible. There will be plenty of parking and an area for drop offs. When in the salon the client will be able to get coffee, tea or a soda for free with their service, as well as a daily newspaper and current magazines. Eventually there will be an area for Wi-Fi so that clients or those waiting will be able to connect to the internet.
