Job Description and Qualifications

I have developed strategies and concepts that will benefit the company. Each position has been reviewed and analyzed so that everyone is aware of the role they are to play within the team concept. Job descriptions and qualifications have been properly communicated to everyone to avoid ambiguity.

Although each position from senior management to outside sales representative has been specifically defined, the common denominator for each position is that individuals are fierce, focused and friendly. It might seem that fierce and friendly are polar opposites but these characteristics both play an intricate part in the success of our business. We must be fierce in our desire to increase market share by knowing the strengths and weaknesses of our competition, and how we can capitalize on this information. We must be focused on making sure we utilize our in-house resources to enhance our product knowledge and demonstrate the most effective methods of doing business. We must be friendly to one another and especially to our clientele and community.

Training Program

The need for new training and mentoring is vital to the success of most businesses today. To remain competitive in this ever-changing business environment companies must invest in training and mentoring programs. The future prosperity of big and small business alike hinges on the commitment to incorporate new and innovative training techniques.

With this in mind the company has incorporated a pre-employment training program that involves the collaborative efforts of companies of similar interest. Gone are the days when training techniques are kept secret among companies. We live in a transitional society. This leads to a lot of much movement of workers within any given field that it is natural for ideas to be shared. Therefore, we have...
