The rise in the health care cost has been recognized most on to the health care system, but also to the growing number of individuals without insurance. According to Shi& Singh,(2000), the health care system relating to rising cost of health care cost reveal the population on health care cost and the effect of growing health care cost on individuals without insurance.

Most of this is part of income status and high cost of health care problem of care they pose for individuals that either have no income or do not have enough to get by monthly. The improvement of the economic status the number of individuals in the labor force has dropped intensely, due to losing their jobs to outsourcing and health reason. The low income status of individuals can attributed to lower income, and usually jobs of shorter tenure. Employers that sponsor pension plan for most have been either nonexistent or minimal.

The second would be the high cost of medical care, despite good health status; people are relatively high health care consumers in terms of physician services and hospital care. Health care expenditure for individuals has increased 52.2% more rapidly for many populations. For some that are on either Medicare or Medicaid these programs pay almost half the health care cost for individuals, with Medicaid this is mostly for children and low income individuals that get some kind of state aid. This is when universal health care is necessary for the continuous integrity for the Unite States, has we try to make movement for change in the health care system because the problem that the system faces cannot be handle, by the organizations themselves.
