The bottom line of a company relies on a good human resource management system. The COO of Riordan Manufacturing made a request; the purpose of the request is to find a way to integrate a number of existing HR tools into a single application. This will help the company take advantage of a state of the art, more sophisticated information system in the HR department.

Key Stakeholders

In order to have a more accurate account of what should be put into the new HR system it is imperative to involve the key stakeholders in the decision making process. Here are a few that should be included into this process.

CEO- Michael Riordan, who is the one behind the corporate strategies and the boss of the entire company. He is concerned with the services and the performance the company is providing to their employees and customers. So this will involve him directly.

Hugh McCauley the COO coordinates and administers the activities of the organization in goals, objectives, and support of policies, established by the Board of Directors and the chief executive officer.

Yvonne McMillan Director of HR coordinates and directs human resources activities and develops policy such as compensation, benefits, employment, labor relations, employee services and training.

Dale Edgel Chief Financial Officer directs the finance, accounting, and Human Resources functions toward the goals of the company, and upholding company values.

Lowell Bradford Chief Legal Counsel advises the corporation concerning privileges, obligations and legal rights.

Donald Bryson Director of Account and Finance directs financial activities of the organization.

Maria Trinh Chief Information Officer- Chief IS/IT officer of organization develops strategy based on long term corporate goals for the information systems department and which is key in the implementation of the new HR system.
