Strengths

I'm very creative; always try to develop new ideas and solutions

I communicate well with my friends and coworkers

I have the ability to ask key questions to find what I’m looking for

I'm completely committed to the success.

Weaknesses

I have a strong, compulsive need to do things quickly and remove them from my to do list, and sometimes the quality of my work suffers as a result.

This same need to get things done also causes me stress when I have too many tasks.

I get nervous when presenting ideas and I fear public speaking

Opportunities

I will be attending online courses in the next five months on Business and Finance. I will be able to learn important information related to my degree. There is a training session at my job called “Supervisors in Training” that I will enroll in order to learn and develop managing skills.

Threats

I am always trying to improve my communication skills; coming in the USA from a different country has never been easy.

Due to recent staff shortages, I'm often working extra hours and this impacts my time to focus on other thing such as studying.

Due to the fact of a slow economical growth many companies are slow hiring people especially students that do not have a long experience.
