Overview
Jeka fighting academy is Australia’s first fighting academy. It is Australia’s first martial art academy of its sought. The academy provides state of the art facilities in the boxing and sport science industries. Jeka fighting academy provides clients with expertise and knowledge of the sport that no other organization can offer. The company is interested in hiring an agency to develop a marketing campaign to increase membership sales and increase publicity of the organisation by highlighting its unique capabilities.
Campaign Objective
The objective of the campaign is to increase the number of memberships from 250 to 500 members in a space of 6 months.
Marketing Plan
Jeka fighting academy is interested in attracting all sorts of cliental, individuals who would like to lose weight and increase their fitness and others that would like to become strong and established fighters. The campaign will be focusing on the following areas:
* TV and radio advertisement
* Sponsorship of major fight nights in order to create awareness amongst fight fans
* Advertisement in fitness magazines
* Invitations to several AFL and A league teams to train at the venue
* Creating a face book page that is linked to a website in order to inform people of the benefits of attending the fight academy.
* Invite celebrities and have an open day with several media bodies available
Measurement of results
Campaign results are measured and acted upon during the campaign, and a post-mortem is executed within 2 weeks of the end of the campaign. Specific metrics include:
* Sales during the campaign (total sales, weekly sales, sales build-up rate, etc.)
* Response rate of direct marketing
* Website traffic (number of visits, time on site, return visitors, bounce rate, etc.)
* Social media engagement (number of likes, number of fan interactions, number of users interacting on multiple...
