Abstract

This research paper discusses the ways businesses use communication technology. This involves remaining efficient, increasing revenue, and marketing to gain buyers and keep consumers interested. The Effects of Communication Technology on Businesses

As many people say, the way we communicate makes the world seem smaller. We are living in a world where we have come from getting a message from someone could have taken weeks, maybe even months, to receive. Its mind blowing that we can now connect and talk to someone across the globe in just a few seconds. We have indeed come a long way in our ways of communicating.

The many ways we communicate are not only used for personal use such as just tweeting about every movement we do with our lives or sending a text message to a friend. It is also used for many different businesses as a way to inform others within companies and outside consumers. Our news ways of communication have become so much more convenient and necessary to our daily lives that businesses found out that they are a great way to reach out to people who are too busy to look at the television, to employees to make sure tasks can be completed outside of work, and also to create more revenue.

One example of this can be found in how businesses have capitalized on popular websites to advertise to current and hopefully new consumers is how they have taken advantage of our favorite websites.
