The reason for this memo is to describe a recent acquisition between InterClean, Inc., & EnviroTech, & to discuss management’s behavior influencing productivity, employment laws, & working within a diverse environment. EnviroTech has been acquired & will so fully merge with InterClean, Inc. in the approaching months. This merger between InterClean, Inc. & EnviroTech positions the organization in a location to control the sanitation industry. Clearly, this is an chance for our organization to move in our new strategic direction. My anticipation, as a first-line management team, is that the merger goes through with the least amount of issues possible. I am trusting that you will be straightforward & accessible with your staff, & to answer any questions they may have. This change will not be easy, & I am depending on you to hold consistent staff meetings to converse EnviroTech staff joining the InterClean, Inc. family, & to concentrate on rumors flying around that are negative.

As this organization grows & becomes one of the largest cleaning industries in the market, I will take this opportunity to repeat to you some of your management obligations. Management performance usually influences worker productivity. Progressive behavior & increased productivity is beneficial to the organization’s success. We should always strive to create a rewarding work environment in order to preserve high productivity. The combination of InterClean, Inc. & EnviroTech will possibly cause amplified nervousness among staff. It’s important that we uphold high standards & help staff to become at ease in the new work environment.
