Global Business Cultural Analysis: Sweden

Abstract
In this age of global business, organizations are driven to expand their boundaries, providing goods and services to an increasing number of countries and communities around the world. With that being said, the expansion of globalization plays an increasing role in a society's culture, particularly influencing a business organizations corporate culture. The purpose of this analysis gain a better understanding of the elements and dimensions of culture that drive Swedish culture as they relate to other national cultures, pariculary in comparison to United States (U.S.) culture. In this age of global business, organizations are driven to expand their boundaries overseas. Aside from international corporations, more and more companies, mid-sized, and smaller, are going global for the desire to increase sales, profitability, and growth. While the advantages to globalization are evident, it is my intention to research and discuss the implications of U.S. companies that wish to conduct business with in the nation that has proven to be a top international business leader and one of Europe's top destinations for foreign investment.
What are the major elements and dimensions of culture in this region?
With the success of Swedish worldwide companies and the reputation for a consecutive years of proven success with private equities, it's no surprise that Sweden is known to be a top international business leader and one of Europe's top destinations for foreign investors. Although not a huge country, Sweden has a highly educated population and a reputation for their companies having the drive and determination to think globally from day one.
