Corporate behavior as employee’s perspective

The word “corporation” is a big thing for the economic growth and social perspective. But what we mainly think about corporation, is it only for the customer service? Is it only for the betterment for the society? Is it the creation of the demand and then produce the goods or services to meet that demand? Or all of together is a corporation. It is true that the main purpose of making a business is to make profit by servicing the society’s people. In the modern financial world the purpose of making business is slightly change like maximizing the shareholder’s benefit. In a business concept we always like to talk about the consumer, shareholders, employers, policy maker and other things. But we always forget or neglect to think about the main and most valuable resource it has, ‘’employees’’. We all know that company’s success depend on the consumer reaction. So we give our best priority to serve the consumer. But at the same time employer need to take care of the employees because a business cannot run without its employees. Employer has to protect the employee’s rights in all except and stage also. Then it comes to our mind that what should be the perfect behavior of the corporation to the employee?

We can talk about the one store building where four separate rooms are available but there is only one roof in the top that protects every rooms from the outside disaster. Here the roof should be the employer and the rooms are the employees. But in practical, most of the cases employers not only try to avoid the employee’s problems but also they terminate their employees without thinking a second when they fall in problems. Sometimes employers create new rules without noticing employees and impose it without giving another chance to the employees. In my own experience, I notice this kind of practices are going in different organization.
