MARKETING PLAN

I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Top Social Security Consulting Corporation is new, small former SSI Employee owned company in their first year. They are consulting citizens about retirement salary, retirement ages, and borrowings to retire early also they manage people debts to SSI which has own foreclosing department. Their major target is firms or people who investigated by Social Security Institution. SSI can investigate all companies, pharmacies, hospitals and punish them with big fines. Top Consulting Corporation will be the dominant consulting company in Ankara. Their major problems are being a new company and the bad rumor can affect it very quickly. The other major problem is they have to find more people to work because they don’t have enough employees for demand.

They serve for 20 Hospital, 43 Pharmacy, 54 businessmen and over four hundred retirement cases in ten months. They have 10 people working in the office also they take cleaning and food services from outside companies.

In this project there will be evaluation of company’s strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats to make strategic analysis and marketing plan. This plan is focusing on growing, strengthen the weaknesses, avoid from threats, and satisfy customers by finding unique solutions for their problems.

II. ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS

Top Social Security Consulting Corporation founded in January 2014 and it is run in business to consulting people and businessmen about their rights and regulate their relationships with Turkish Social Security Institution. The company is founded by Kemal Top and his friends which are former SSI employees. They are specialized in General Health Insurance, Retirement, Minimum Labor Calculations, Social Security Research and Investigations.
