i. Introduction of human resource management and why is it important?

Strategic Human Resource Management is a designed that refers to a series of corporate human resources policies and corresponding management activities. It obviously helped the companies to meet the best they needed of their employees while achieving company goals. How can a company achieve their goal is depends on their HRM practices which means the company must have a good HRM practices, therefore they can result well done in the company performance. The practices and systems that effect employees are based on company’s rules and regulation. HRM should have more specific knowledge that knew about what types of employee skills, behaviors, and attitudes are needed to support the strategic plan in order to achieve the organization's strategic goals, and develop programs to ensure that employees have those skills, behaviors, and attitudes. These programs development is ensure that employees have those experiences in skills and efficiency toward the work. Anyway the performance will prove how employees contribute to the success of the company. The companies are also able to build human resource platform as a communication channel and to collect information that will integrated views of all parties, discard the useless ones to deal with compensation, benefits and other matters.
